This publication has been produced by Country Arts SA and Adelaide Contemporary Experimental (ACE) and published by Person Books to coincide with the Kumarangk exhibition, held at ACE from 21 February– 4 April 2026. The exhibition is one component of a greater project, Kumarangk that looks at the Ngarrindjeri Women’s fight to protect Kumarangk / Hindmarsh Island from over-development and the building of the bridge, which connected the mainland to the island. Adelaide Festival and Tarnanthi Festival are both presenting partners.
